Payment Information

The investment for this experience is $120 per person.

Payment can be made either:

• Prior to the event (an invoice will be emailed approximately 48 hours before the event), or

• In cash on the day (please bring the correct amount if you choose this option).

  
  

I've recently changed to this payment process because these gatherings are held outdoors, and the weather has required me to reschedule the last two events. Rather than taking payment weeks in advance and needing to process refunds if the weather doesn't cooperate, I'll confirm the event is going ahead before sending invoices. This also helps avoid unnecessary transaction fees if a date needs to be changed.
